01. The Project
Shell GO+ is a new rewards programme that rewards you every time you visit. With Shell Go+ you’ll earn visits, instead of points. All you have to do is spend £10 or more on fuel or £2 or more in the shop. You'll get 10% off all hot drinks, deli2go and Jamie Oliver deli by Shell food ranges. You’ll also get money off fuel every 10 visits, and plenty of treats and surprises along the way [1] [2] [3]. In addition to that, Shell Energy, a rebranded First Utility company [3], offers exclusive savings on fuel at Shell service stations for Shell Energy customers [4] within Shell GO+ loyalty programme in the UK

To deliver additional benefits to Shell GO+ and Shell Energy customers
Objectives
To bring Shell Energy exclusive offers to Shell Loyalty customers via Shell GO+
Approach
design a space in the Shell GO+ app and web to accommodate Shell Energy (ex-First Utility) offers
interact with data and solution architects to model and visualize conceptual diagrams
identify user scenarios, create mockups and prototypes
03. My Role
As part of a cross-functional team I was bridging between IT and Business teams by:
communicating and translating Business User Scenarios into requirements
documenting and communicating UX and product specifications
contributing to design standards and promoting customer centered-approach
creating mock-ups and interactive prototypes to engage with key stakeholders
Tasks
Define a scope of the project requirements
Identify team-in-charge
Build a corresponding action plan
Validate the status of project sprints with Agile cross-functional team
04. Results
Shell GO+ [2] with Shell Energy [4] benefits has been successfully launched in the UK on 25th of March.
